We often hear how important maintaining and, some might say, expanding our infrastructure is to our economic prosperity and quality of life. This means our highways, sewer, water, airports, rail, power lines, fiber optics, cell and radio towers, internet servers, the cloud..., right? Are we forgetting anything? What about the platform on which all these things are ultimately based? Is the land infrastructure?
