I would like to see more rain gardens,bioswales, and cisterns installed at all major parking areas like colleges, universities, shopping centers, and major employers. This would divert major storm wastewater, recycle it for landscape and toilet use, increase water quality and the water table and decrease flooding. It seems that Muddy Creek floods nearly every time it rains now, but if those suggestions in place, I think it would help. |
