Ambulances frequently use Academy St although night visibility is really bad between Peters Creek Parkway and Hawthorne Rd. Academy St. has an upredictable curve in it with invisible road paint at night. When I use this road at night, I have to stop for oncoming traffic because I can't tell where I am on the road. Car headlights pointed at me make it impossible to see. Why can't we have stronger street lights. Also another item of concern is drivers who pass in lanes that are intended for turns or exits. It is unsafe to be on the road any more.
