Encourage more over the shop housing in old charming buildings on main streets in downtowns. Folks may live on the edges of nice small town centers, but until folks are living right in the downtown, the vibrancy we seek will continue to be at best a 10 to 6 and maybe a weekend-tourist-induced thing.
