Improve the Well-Being ...

The News & Record recently reported the well-being isn't doing so well. The latest Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index, which gauges the country's emotional, physical and economic health, says that among the nations's largest metro areas the Winston-Salem area ranks 89th and the Greensboro-High Point area ranks 145th. From a well-being standpoint, these areas have a lot more work to do and a lot of ground to make up. The survey, which comes out annually, covers areas such as how respondents evaluate their lives, their work environments, their emotional and physical health and their access to safe streets and suffcient food and shelter. This looks like one big challenge for us. Any ideas on how to improve this?
