I was at a bus stop w/ a grandmother and her granddaughter. A bunch of vacant land behind us and I asked the grandmother what she wanted on the vacant land. She said she wanted to see horses race. She wanted a horse race track. Well.. being an entreprenuer (sic) I started thinking. Raleigh and Charlotte has major sports wrapped up. The closesest horse track is West Virgina. People are living longer more time for leisure activities. If I had my million I would put up 250k to start this. I have a patent still trying to get it to market. So if GSO passed sports book betting and put the Horse track in, this place would pop, like a Charlotte or Atlanta. It certainly would create jobs, Horse racing is a king's sports, kings would come and spend money. Guilford Co. has a huge horse population, like top 5 in the state. It's just a grandma's want but it could turn into something. Peace be to all.
